Well lately I have been feeling that I really don't need an iPhone, I kind of just want to simplify everything and just get a plain old cell phone, I don't need to do it but if I could possibly cancel my iPhone 3g's contract and sell it without loosing too much (or any) money.

So how much would it be to get out of my contract with ATT so that I could sell the phone?

i bought it back in july, the day it came out.

so it would only be $145 to get out of contract?

175 and i believe they knock off 5 per month

if you are still within first month, you must return phone and pay the 175. if outside first month, you keep phone
The ETF fee information is correct. However, if you are still within the first 30 days and you return the iPhone 3G then you do not have to pay the ETF! Only the 10% restocking fee and any service usage.
