How much to sell my MPB for?

13", 2010, 2.4Ghz core to duo with 8GB RAM and a 250GB SSD + original box, all the CD's and accessories + it's practically in pristine condition, with no dents or scratches of any kind.


How much do you reckon I can sling it for (in £Uk)?

Biggest question is: Applecare?

A machine with warranty is worth a lot more than a machine without warranty.
 
As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what you may be able to charge. Then adjust your price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
