How much to unlock iPhone 5 ?

Hi I'm just wondering how much does it really cost to unlock an iPhone 5? I have someone telling me it costs around $200 which is outrageous price to unlock .. lol

I haven't got to go out to stores and asked myself which I will do. But before I do that, I just want to know what a good deal it for an unlocking.

The carrier that its locked to is Telus.

Take a look on eBay. In The U.S. you can get your iPhone 5 unlocked for around $10 at the cheapest.
