I just got a (new to me) 17" powerbook G4, and after browsing lowendmac.com, I presumed the only option was 64 mb of VRAM, from the ATI Mobility radeon...however, i just opened 'about this mac' and it's showing 128mb? Was the particular lappy a BTO?

TIA
Jimmy

Hmm, nice. I'm sure someone somewhere is moaning because I'll never put this vram to use. Nope, it's just word, safari, and flash animation for this pb! :D

I'll trade you a 12" PB for your 17"... if you're not going to use the graphics. And if you like using Flash, I bought Macromedia Studio MX for the machine. I'll include the install discs are everything. And I live in Wheaton, so it'd be a simple trade. ;)

Not kidding.

Daniel.

The PBs from 2005 had a 128MB BTO 128MB VRAM, but the 1.67GHz dual layered SD ad that as custom.
