I'm expecting mine to be $149.99 + $30 + $36(activation) + $36(activation), so about $251. Hell, that's alot!! WTH!

First Bill

My first bill was also quite expensive. Its the activation charge that makes it that much worse.

80.00 for 1400 minutes family plan
2 more lines 19.98
Unlimited Family Text 30.00
2 iPhone lines 60.00
3 Activation fees - 36+26+26=88.00

Its was 280 plus tax.. so I believe it came to around 300

:D I pay that almost every month.....The first bill might be even higher, b/c they charge you for the minutes and data for the current month, and then for the next month. they bill in advance for minutes and whatnot.

12 Canadian Dollars. Have fun using subsidized iPhones, suckers :D Prepaid FTW!

Yes, my first bill for just a single line with the 450 minute plan and the $5 text plan was about $200. They made my bill drop date be a few days before I got the phone, so the first bill was almost 2 months of charges. If you have the 149.99 plan, it could be as much as $300 + the activation fees + the taxes, depending on the dates they use. The first bill could be close to $400. I know AT&T sent me a little warning sample bill a few weeks after I got the phone, with a special warning in red text that the first bill could be unexpectedly high like that, lol.

Wife and have two iPhone's together, we get a 15% discount each month, plus we talked the sales folks into Free Activation.

$131.xx

my first bill was $127, but my second is $40. lol they credited me back my activation fee + my 21% discount. thats after taxes too. i have the $40 voice plus $30 data+ $20 unlimited text plan.

How much is your rent/mortgage?

Explain to me how this post is anymore relevant than my above question.

My first bill was £47.75 (approx $67.00), which included an extra charge of like £3.85 from when I called my wife when she was in Italy, forgetting that it wasn't covered by my regular minutes...

First bill

I knew I'd have the top bill...$2,368.85. That is US dollars, folks. After laughing for a half hour, I called AT&T. The data plan had been put on another line in my family plan. The assistant was very helpful corrected the error and my suicide was averted, but I'm keeping that bill forever.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5G77 Safari/525.20)

My bill with just my iPhone being on an individual plan costed me about $100 the first bill.
Now that my Dad and I share a family plan now with his iPhone, our bill this month was $203.

So I'm a sucker cause I wanna use all of the iPhone features?

Right..........

You have fun with the Phone.app and iPod.app on the go!

Oh no, I use all of the iPhone features too, but at a low price, 1 gig data plan only for like 10 bucks a month and the rest is prepaid.

I've got £30 a month (phone to up) I am basicly on the contract with o2, but I just decide to top up whenever i want (£30) to get unlimited texts + unlimited 3G.
