I want to buy an Adapter to fast charge my iPhone 16 Plus which is the Adapter I need to buy to fast charge my iPhone 16 Plus? Would it be 30Watts Adapter? is it true that since the iPhone 16 Plus has a Max fast charging capacity with only 30 watts no matter how much more watts adapter one buys it will still only charge fast upto 30 Watts ? is that correct?

But Apple on its website says USB-C Wired Charging can only be fast charged upto 20 Watts ? What is that ?
It does not say "only up to 20 watts".
It's giving a quote on what charger to use to get the 50% in 30 minutes, it's actually not telling you what the max charging power is. Note the text "20W or higher".
They say 20 W because you'll hardly notice the difference from a 20 watt to a 30 watt, unless if you're using the Magsafe charger. 20 watts to 24 watts is not too different, and the link I posted says in testing 34 watts was for a very short burst of time.
I would suggest 20-30. 20 is "enough". 30 is a tiny boost for the 16, and other devices could use 30, if you were a Macbook Air or iPad or Android-using person, those devices could certainly use the extra power. Macbook Pro should probably be 60 or more though.
