I am obviously going to get a 3g iphone as the iphone is awesome, however I am wondering how much approx it will cost. Do you think the apple store will allow pre-orders if it is announced before its actually released?

I think about the same price as the current ones, which will drop to a lower price.

Who knows though..

Can't wait to see what does come about though :)

to gather an accurate estimate.. pull a random £200+ number out of ones rectum, and claim it to be the price it will be.

short answer.. no-one knows.

Free on some contracts!!!

From what i have just read from the 02 website its sounds as though it will be free on selected contracts!!!

also it appears they will be bringing it out this time on paygo!!!

Welcome to last weeks news :p ;)

i guess that it's gonna be for the 8gb 99£ and for the 16gb 149£

Um, no guessing required, that's what it costs on the contracts (unless you go for the higher tariffs of course). The only unknown figure is the PAYG cost, but estimating at the original iPhone price point is fairly sensible, more for the 16GB...

Why do people dig up threads that are 3 months old when there are newer ones which answer the question and can be seen easier than these old threads....pointless

Hmmmmmm... just seen the date on the first post, and the post that brought it back up. Let's put it down to an overly-keen newbie m'kay? ;)
