$350 for a factory unlocked iPhone 4? Or $350 for a jailbroken/ultrasn0w unlocked iphone?

For me that is a difference between buying on craigslist versus direct from Apple. Why? Because with a factory unlocked iPhone I can always update to the latest IOS without waiting for a new jailbreak that preserves the baseband to comeout.

I'll buy a new one, with warranty.
