Does anyone know how much the old ipad mini will be when the new one is released. Is it likely to be a huge jump in price difference? Also does anyone know how likely after the new ipad mini is released that the new price for the old ipad be available to purchase? Are the new ipads etc, released on the same day that an announcement is made on the 22nd?

Both will lose at most $50 bucks. Apple stuff does not lose value that much.
$299 for the current mini or $279
$450 for the ipad 4 as supply ends but I don't expect a big drop. Maybe even a $100 buck drop at certain places.
Still not worth getting 1 year old tech if you only save $50 bucks. If you buy it used it might be cheaper tho.
