I just spilt Juice on my laptop keyboard. Most of the keys work but some don't. So how much would that cost to fix?

If nothing else is broken.

I would go to ifixit and disassemble the whole thing.
Take out the keyboard and clean it properly.
Put everything back together if you didn't fry any circuits everything should work again.
If you fried something you can replace the keyboard but afaik that requires a replacements piece that includes the top base which makes it mighty expensive.

You might not want to replace your keyboard because I have a feeling that in a few months (Or weeks, or days, or years) it's going to die completely due to that water damage. You may say that it has happened a long time ago, but, the effect may happen with a long amount of time (probably 3-4 months).

So, if I were you, I'd back up everything and start saving for the rMBP.
