Sealed!!! My friend is selling it for 1,200 should I buy ??? Or wait for the refresh ?? I know that the higher end 13 mbp get bashed a lot around here but for 1,200 possibly 1,100 with cash in front, is not bad ehh?? Would u buy?

The only reason it gets bashed is Apple's retail price. Basically $300 for 260mhz and 70gb of hard drive space.

That said, I still think 1200 is too much. You can get a 2.4 for $999 from microcenter or for a hair over 1000 in the refurb store. In almost any case, the 2.4ghz is a better buy.

Get the seller down to 1000-1100 and I'd be interested.

Agree. Personally I'd take the new entry level MBP @ Microcenter. Tad slower clock but you'll never feel the difference & get full warranty.

If you're a student, you can get a new one loaded for $1200. Noway on a used computer for that much unless its 8GB RAM and has a SSD.
