What is the highest price you would pay for an iPhone, considering that the AT&T fees are still intact? You can state your opinion on both the 8GB and 16GB models.

i have no idea what your getting at... you're not forced to sign up with AT&T when you buy an iphone. you have to void your warranty and unlock it, but....

what would i pay for an unsubsidized, factory unlocked iphone?

$700 seems about right

two blocks of answers, some would pay $499 & $599 and others $399 & $499

As I have always said, add BBerry quality push email, multiple message delete, cut & paste, and another 72 gigs and I'd pay $1000.

Took me 2 months to justify spending $399+59/mo. After using it I'd say its worth the $399 but still a bit much per month considering I rarely use the phone part of the iphone. If its had gps, 16gb-32gb, a couple of games and a few real apps(can perform more than 1 function unlike current ones) it would be better.

I'll wait for sdk and will probably sell my iphone the day iphone 2 comes out to get the gps it will most likely have.
