How not make auto backup?

My iPhone 5 was connected to another iTunes but is lost that computer and have a new one so I connected it to this one and pressed sync but it started backing it up when I don't want it to. It's taking too much time and also takes too much space. How can I make it not make this backup and where can I find the backup to delete it
