How often DID you use MMS?

I used to use my mms every day for one thing or another. I hate that you have "i'm addicted to taking pictures" as one of the choices. That's not it at all, and it's not about how often you want to do it either.... it's about HAVING the ability to send a picture message.

I'd say 99% of my friends have phones that do MMS, but not email... or they don't have email setup. So, If they want to send me a picture or if I want to send them a picture, I can't.

Even if it were once a year... that's a 100% fail rate.

Hardly ever, but there has been a few times where I've seen something funny that I know my friend would of found hilarious and I can't send them a photo. So I'd like to have it, I don't see a good reason why it's not available. But at the same time, it's not the end of the world for me.

now that I cant MMS, I have registered all of my contacts "phone number email address" to send to. I also do more photo blogging through tumblr or my personal blog by just emailing the photos.

Id kill to have MMS back though.

While I have not been one of the people constantly crying about the lack of MMS, I did use it quite frequently.

Well, I wouldn't know because I'm an iPhone user :p. But what I do know is that there are about 10 times a week when I know I could use it and wish I had it... I know once I have it I would find additional uses as I have with text.

All the time!

I love sending low resolution images to people and paying exorbitantly high prices to do so just "'cause I can"!

I've never used MMS. And I can only think of a tiny number of situations in which it might be useful...

Not much sending, but a few times a month receiving. And that gets irritating real fast when you can't see what your friend sent, or it takes forever to get the fracking website to load.

The problem with lack of mms is that while an individual user may hate it, it is damn difficult to constantly remind all your friends not to mms you.

I don't really see how a poll can be biased. There are choices in the poll for any type of answer.

I don't know if 'biased' is the right word, but "dumb" is pretty accurate.

Why not change it to "Who has an iPhone: Yes or No"?

And who are all these people on the iPhone forum without iPhones? Any iPhone user should be answering 'never' since they can't use it! Why is that option only at 29% right now?? Only 1/3 of us have iPhones?

The question is in past tense. The OP is asking about the phone you owned before the iPhone

Hm, I'd never had MMS at all on any phone, so I often forget that it was an option way back when. I still think of it as some crazy new thing.

(Which means I had to vote for "it sucks" even though I have no idea if it sucks or not. I've never used it at all!)

Is this thread started by an Apple employee ? ;)

Ask how things work in the US and ignore other contries that use phones

On my RAZR I though MMS was free? Or maybe that was because I had MediaMax with unlimited text and data?

I don't receive MMS messages often at all. But when I do, its a pain to have to go to that stupid little website that takes forever to load just to see them.
