Looking at the serial number, the first W8 shows the manufacture site, and the next numerical digit shows the year of manufacture – '0', so it's a 2010 model. The next two digits show the week of manufacture – '05', so it was built in the fifth week of that year.

So, your Mac was built in January 2010.
