i used redsnow to jailbreak ios 5.0.1
my ibook and itune u are not working
and i want re-jailbreak it with this one or redsnow

Absinthe is ONLY for the A5 cpu in the 4S and the iPad2

Use redsn0w 9.10b5, you can run it over your current jailbreak, if it error's out during the process, try again but in redsn0w extra's select the 5.01 ipsw manual, than do rhe jailbreak.
