Hi,

Could someone let me know how to remove File Buddy from the context menu, please? Used AppZapper to uninstall FB, but the it's still in the context menu.

Thasnks,

NoBob.

Can you clarify what you mean by context menu?

If you mean Finder or the Dock (default sits at the center bottom of your screen), then either way, click and drag the icon out of the area.

Finder:

Dock:

If I right click on a file, on, say, the desktop, FB's there in the menu.

I seem to have the same problem.

I uninstalled File Buddy by dragging into my Trash, but my context menu still has the FILE BUDDY=> thing.

Please helP!

Remove it from either ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items, or /Library/Contextual Menu Items (depending on if you installed it for yourself only, or all users). Then restart the Finder.

I just e-mailed the File Buddy guys.

Another way is .. to install File Buddy again

Go to File Buddy > Trial > Uninstall

it'll remove all the files.
