How resource hungry is iStat Menus on the new macs?

has someone measured the needed cpu load for iStat Menus with its constant checking of sensors? Preferably on newer machines

On my old 2014 MacBook air . It's not noticable tbh. I think it's fine especially for these newer machines

Running it on an M1 Pro 14" and it's saying that it uses 1.3% of CPU so not really an issue.
