How should I cut a .mov file in two?

I have Handbrake and MPEG Streamclip but I've no real idea how either works as there seems to be little documentation on them online. Can someone help me out? I have a 7gb .mov file that needs splitting into two.

I don't know this 100% for sure, but I'm pretty certain QuickTime Pro can do it. I'm pretty sure that Final Cut Pro could do it as well, but I don't know if iMovie could read a .mov properly? (I had trouble anyway)

Not sure what else. Try googling for movie splitters os x
