How show full file name in Finder icon view?

Hi everyone,

I wish to set Finder to be in icon view, but to show the FULL file names.

Now it shows like "Data Sharing by Scientists...ptions.pdf" instead of "Data Sharing by Scientists- Practices and Perceptions.pdf", as everyone who uses icon view already know. I can get the full name by hovering the mouse for a second and a yellow tooltip with the whole name appear, but is there any way I can Always show full names? Setting, plugin, 3rd party software or something?
