If you get in line on launch day (July 11th) then you should be fine, but if you walk in later in that day and if it is typically a busier store, then you might be out of luck that day. But if you go the next day when they open, then you should be fine. I would expect Apple to use the online tool to determine store availability for the next day again, and if you do plan on using this on a day after opening, then arrive at opening so you won't be disappointed. But in my opinion, wait until the 12th or 13th (the 13th would be ideal), just so you don't have to deal with the lines (by the 12th the lines should be fine, by the 13th the lines should be non-existent).
