General How?: Tasks in Notification Center without deadline

Is there any way to get the tasks to show up in the NC without setting a deadline for them? If not then is there any other tasks app that works with the NC and syncs with either the default Apple Tasks or Google Tasks AND shows tasks in the NC without needing to set dates?
