How the hack am I going to delete these numbers and text messages?

Even I delete all text messages from iPhone and Macbook pro, it still remains in my account. Those are fake numbers that I always delete but I have no idea how to remove all text numbers that I don't chat with. Deleting text messages is very meaningless since the account keep all records if I text them again. I don't want that happen and I want to delete all history that I don't chat with.
