Latest data from ABI research for Q1 of 2014, in comparison to Q4 and Q1 of 2013, showing which OS is growing, shrinking and which one is nearly dead.
Apple is doing its typical ebb and flow, with YoY growth as does Android as a whole (both indicative of healthy OS's), the surprise in growth was Windows Phone. 119% YoY growth and steady growth even after the holiday season is a really good sign for Microsoft (although most of that growth likely came from sales of the very cheap Lumia 520. Still, it's a great phone!)
Blackberry shows a continual loss trend and nearing the point of null sales. -86% decline YoY for legacy devices and -44% for BB10! Blackberry likely won't make it another year at this rate.
