I recently bought the midnight sport loop.

I said I wouldn’t buy any more straps, what with the rumours of a redesign/incompatible S10, but I love the colour.

I have it relatively tight, and that works well for me.

How about you?

I'd say somewhere between average and loose. I've never bought a solo loop because I'm somewhat particular about the fit I adjust to.
I love solos.

I’m a 5, all the way.

Not really into sport loops (I have three, now) but I love this new midnight colour (I have the solo, BSL, and sport loop in midnight) so I had to buy it.

Wishing you well.

I wear mine tight although I can slip a finger between my wrist and band (which is what you should be able to do). If you can slip a finger through, the band is too tight. If it is too loose, you won't get proper sensor readings if that matters. If not, you will still get notifications etc.

I keep my watch somewhat loose except when working out, I tighten a bit for the HR feature.

They will never take my watch
