How to access folder [.TemporatyItems\folders.501]

When I syn folder backup between two mac server, it will show below error for one of the folder.

3DDesign\.TemporatyItems\folders.501 cannot open

Since I cannot find it at Finder, how can I access it and remove it? Thanks.
