I'm an iOS developer and I wanna know if there is any way to access to the iOS system files without jailbreak. I believe this is definitely viable , just how?

Some portions can be accessed, but read only. Others cannot be accessed at all. What directory or file are you wanting to access?

This path:
/private/var/wireless/Library/Preferences
Check this video( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pf_8fC9TAHg) , how did he do it? And I also know there are some other program can access the system files and modify them.
I want to know how?
Could you please tell me how to access? Even it's read only? Thank you very much

All files outside of /var/ are read only and cannot be modified without a jailbreak. You would have to contact the developers of Drop Copy to find out how it was done or ask in the programming sub forum.
