How to activate Autologin with Mac OS X?

unclicking it in the appropriate panel in the systems preferences, points to the accounts panel, where I cannot find anything, to avtivate it:confused:

To enable/disable automatic login from the Accounts pane, click on the login options selection at the bottom of the list of accounts. If the administrator password has already unlocked the padlock in the lower left, you can enable automatic login for a specific account from the dropdown menu or disable it.

Thank you very much JediMeister. This was very quick and informed help. :)
