How to activate Iphone 3GS 4.0.1?

I have an Iphone that I restored to 4.0.1 using SHSH but I forgot that it was an At&t iphone and now its saying my SIM is not compatible.

I dont have access to AT&T sim to activate the phone....what are some other ways I can activate this phone?

Please help.

I Hactivated it using Limera1n. Everything works
