How to activate the address bar below the folder menu like on a PC?

PC savy folks help!!!
I love that PC feature where you can have an address bar below the folder menu, which indicates the full path to the folder or file. I'd love to use it on a Mac, it's so convenient to exchange files with co-workers through a LAN.
Please tell Macs have that feature too, and if so how to activate it.

With Finder open, "View" --> "Show Path Bar" will give you the same information but maybe not in the exact format you want.
