how to add a filetype icon?

Hi I associate a number of different plaintext files with bbedit. At present they have a plain empty icon. I want to make it so all my .out files show a bbedit document icon.

They already open bbedit straight off, but the icon is annoying.

If someone can help me, i'd appreciate it thanks.
