How to add a Group for contacts?

I'm trying to add a group name for contacts. To either mass email a group or mass text the same group. It looks like the IPhone is already preset with group names. Does anyone know how to change the group name or just add a group?

You need an app to do that, you can check mine (see signature) and many other in the AppStore.
