How to add a music library with playlist quickly??

In Zune all I had to do is sync up to the folder with the music library and it automatically added them with the playlists. How can I do this with itunes?? Adding the library didn't add any of the playlists??

By default it should be added. Go into your iPod app on your iPhone and go to more at the bar at the bottom, you should see playlists. To have that appear on the bar instead, just tap edit in the top left and drag it into the bar below.
