How to add an autocorrect entry in Safari.

I want to be able to type :text: in Safari (Lion) and have it autocorrect to a link/string. Any way of doing this?
 
I think auto correct is annoying but, sorry I can't help you with this. I don't know how as I'm not one of the computer people.
