how to add computer to "iTunes in the Cloud"

In iTunes, if I go to Account -> View My Account, I see that there are 2 devices authorized (my MacBook and my iPhone), but I see only one device listed under "iTunes in the Cloud". If I click "Manage Devices", I see only my iPhone with an option to remove it. I do not see an option to add a device. How do I add my MacBook?
