How to add emoji standalone key to keyboard?

Hello,
I saw some iOS 8's screenshots and there was a standalone emoji key near the globes key.
It's very annoying to click few times on the globes key to reach to the emoji.
Where in settings i can make this key in my 5S with 8.1.2?

Only 3rd party keyboards like Swype and Fleksy can do this.

You can hold the globe key and slide to the emoji choice. Not even one click really.

As Armen wrote, you can install a 3rd party keyboard... but at this point, you'll experience a whole new level of discomfort!

Wait a minute, I have an emoji icon on my standard iOS 8.1.2 keyboard. You dont?

In landscape on the 6 you get one key for 123, globe and smiley. But in portrait the globe and smiley key turn into one globe key.

I have a smiley in portrait mode and a 123 key. landscape gives me even more keys like cursors, cut,copy and paste.

You have to have other keyboards enabled to get the globe key.

so if other keyboards are added the emoji key becomes the globe instead?

I get the smiley key in portrait on my 6+.
I can't say that the globe ever bothered me.

Do you have the emoji keyboard added? That's the only setting I can think of, and I have it added.

Yep. You still get the smiley in landscape though even with multiple languages selected.

This was alluded to already.

If you've added a second keyboard (1st party or 3rd party), the "smiley" icon will change into a globe icon.

Yes but because I'm using 2 languages in the keyboard + emoji keyboard they all get into the globe icon key.
If i choose 1 language only + emoji keyboard the emoji icon key is visible.
