Hi.

if i was to by a iMac 27" late 2013 with 1TB fusion drive pre installed, would it then be possible to remove the harddrive and install a eSata SSD instead.

I assume that it already contains 128GB of SSD in the eSata slot.
But i want to remove those and put in 500gb SSD instead.

Am i right on this, an is it even possible do so, now that the iMac thinks it has a fusion drive?

I haven't been able to find any videos on this.

Regards Lars.
