How to add folders to Finder "Go" Tab?

Is there a way to add new folders to the Finder's Go tab?

Currently, my tab lists
Computer, Home, Desktop, Network, iDisk, Applications, Documents, Utilities.

If I want to add, say, a link for the Downloads folder that is in Home to the Go tab, how would I go about doing it?

That's what I already do (for example, use an alias on the Desktop to the folder). But there are times when it is much easier to click on a link from the Finder's menubar than to try to dig under open windows on the Desktop to find an alias. So I was hoping someone had figured out how to add to the Finder Go tab.
