How to add mp3 file from email to music?

Im stuck with only ipad on summerholidy and have to use an mp3 in adobe voice for backgound music.
Adobe voice can import from music folder but how do i get my soundfile from email to music folder on my ipad... Something so simple cant be taht difficult! Super frustrating

Isn't it as easy as clicking the file on your email and choose a command of downloading it? You could try that if it will work.
