How to add music in unlocked iphone 4

Hi Guru's,

I have an jailbroken and unlocked Iphone 4. Unlocked by Gevey Sim. i lost my PC last week and i have no idea how to add songs,videos to my iphone. I know that trying to resync the phone with another itunes will erase everything and i fear that i will loose my jailbreak and unlock. Could any of you advice or provide me step by step instructions on how to add songs and videos on a new itunes ? i donot want to loose the jailbreak and unlock as i am out of country.

No, syncing with another library will not erase your JB or unlock.
Just the media you have on the phone now like music, videos, apps.
Then you can resync that stuff back with the new library.
Just make sure to click no or cancel if it asks you if you want to upgrade the firmware to the latest 5.0.1
