My new MBA M2 found my Canon wifi MG7100 inkjet instantly, but doesn't see my main printer, a Canon MF4890dw mono laser multifunction unit that is connected to the network via ethernet cable. I am new to Macs so don't understand how or even if this printer can be added. The Mac help screen was not very helpful. Any tips? The Canon support site has Mac drivers for it but the Mac "add printer" dialog doesn't seem to have a place to install printers and drivers manually. Maybe that is somewhere else? BTW i do know the ip address.
