How to add new icons for specific apps? (Using Suave HD)

I do have most icons now, I just need an icon for the Video player and iCleaner(Cydia app), I've looked in iFile and I can't see anything about the video icon, I've had to manually change some names to get the icons to work with iOS 5.1.1, and if I don't have summerboard mode on I loose the icons for all my Cydia apps, so for now I'll just leave summerboard mode on...

Could anyone tell me how I could download an icon for the Video player and iCleaner, and manually add it to the Suave theme? Or any other theme?
