Where are the partnership papers?
usually someone gets in by buying in. Either buying in by buying out an existing partner who wants out or buying in and giving existing partners (should they all agree) return of their “capital” as their shares are being diluted or lessened with an additional partner.
but everything is dependent on the partnership agreement.
