iPhone How to add rows to this iPhone 6 Plus wallpaper?

This is an older iPhone wallpaper that needs to be converted into an iPhone 6 Plus wallpaper, not sure if anyone is able to adjust it? It will need 6 rows instead of 4 rows now, and spaced out evenly in "standard" mode so all the apps fit in the squares.

The last row and column that you see vertically and horizontally before the dock area should be the "folders" as seen in the attachment, but there needs to be 2 more rows added above that last row for the apps.

Just a reminder. This would need to be created for zoom mode as well depending on how you have it set on your phone.
