dear community,

i'm searching my a$$ off for this. basicly i love themes but i'm fed up with one very quickly. so i decided to have my homescreen boring and plain with stock icons and so on.

because of this i don't like app icons which lack the gloss. how can i enable it? i have several apps (shazam red, where to, fahrplan info, mydealz) where i would like to have the gloss due to consistency of the overall look. i only find topics and threads about removing the gloss via "uiprerenderedicon" in the info.plist. so i tried it backwards by disabling the "urprerenderedicon", respringing, deleting the icon cache with iwipe and so forth. no success.

is it impossible to add the gloss as a none-developer? or do i have to use winterboard and add something like an overlay manually?

in either case, would somebody like to explain me the way to do it? thank you very much in advance! (sorry for my bad english btw...)
