iPod touch How to add single songs on to iPod Touch using music?

I have a folder of mp3s that aren't part of my Music library and I would like to be able to add some of these on to my iPod Touch, running iOS 9.3.5.

It seems I can now only sync complete albums and can no longer add single songs from a different non-Music folder. Have I missed something?
