How to add TV shows to folders on Itunes?

So I have a few episodes that I bought off of the Itunes store of The Fffice. I downloaded the rest of the episodes online and I want to put those episodes in the folder where the season of the TV shows I downloaded is. Is this possible to do? Thanks for your help!

My first gues would be ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/*I don't know*

Put them through a metadata editor and make the Show and Season fields match that of the ones you bought off of iTunes. On OS X I use iFlicks, it is a paid app but I prefer its interface. MetaX will do the job and is free.
