How to adjust music on iMovie for iPhone

I would like to adjust music in iMovie for iPhone for example, I'd like to know if its possible to adjust the minutes where the song starts, there are some parts I like from certain songs that start at different times and iMovie always starts playing the song from minute 0:00 is this possible?
