How to Apple ThemePark 4.1 Themes ?

Hi Guys,

I'm lost, I have a theme I downloaded for Mac OSX which use ThemePark 4.1, but I'm having trouble finding how to apply the themes =/ Sadly the website doesn't give any instructions whatsoever, also couldn't find anything on google..

Anyone know how? Appreciate your help :]
