How to apply downloaded Cydia themes??

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. But I have a jailbroken iPhone 3gs and I have used cydia to download several themes and SMS tweaks, etc. However they don't work and don't show up after downloading. Is there a way to turn them on at all? Any help would be appreciated

search you will learn more faster search themes and winterboard you also want to learn about shsh. you might start with the stickies up top.

You need to install WinterBoard to apply them.

Winterboard is installed.. It isn't an app so I can't really access it, but everything is downloaded and installed, now what?? Thanks

go to setting on your phone and you should be able to access winterboard from there. You can also access it if you have sbsettings.
